Welcome To The Inner Workings Of A Musicians’ Mind!
Ladies and gentlemen, I now present to you an experimental blog which I can guarantee will prove to be fun-filled! Let me introduce myself. My name is Jaime and I am a music education major at Washburn University (thanks to numerous music and academic scholarships)!
Random Factoids: I don’t drink very often, but I make a very happy drunk. Mostly I just enjoy hanging out, I am loving life and friendship at the moment. I like movies and dancing (even though I’m bad at it). I’m extremely easy to embarrass if you know which buttons to push! I’ve certainly made mistakes. I’ve let people take advantage of me. I’ve accepted less than I deserve, but I’ve learned from my bad choices! I believe that if you try too hard to be cool, you end up looking lame, and also, that if your too pretty you can’t be funny. I think that anyone can look better with make-up. It really is hard to go on a diet if you don’t like salad because of the lettuce. I believe that if you don’t make fun of stereotypes you give them power and perpetuate them because that is the true barrier of tollerance and acceptance, plus it’s funny! I’m trying to go green. I know that money can’t buy happiness, but it sure can put a damn good down payment on it. I like driving in cars with the windows down and radio blarring and whatever holiday that is coming up is my favorite. I usually only listen to information I think I need and then my brain shuts off, so if I don’t remember what you said, then apparently it didn’t seem important. I like designer handbags and shoes. I ask a lot of questions because I’m curious like a cat!
While this blog is “technically” a requirement for my ED300 class, I hope to utilize this wonderful source to the best of my ability! Please feel free to look around and leave comments!!
